Each 0.5mL serving of Trillium Oil contains 10mg CBD and other vital plant compounds to help maintain pain relief throughout the day. Every 3.4oz bottle contains 60 servings (or a one-month supply), for a total of 600mg CBD.  

Suggested daily serving: Take 1 serving twice a day (once in morning, once in evening) for a total of 20mg of CBD. To use: Place serving under tongue with dropper and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.
